CAROLYN J. SPANGLER,

Age 76, of Canton, passed away unexpectedly Mon., Sept. 29th, 2014, in Myrtle Beach, while on vacation.  She was born in Canton, a daughter of the late George Stark and Esther Pickens, and had been a life resident of Canton.  Carolyn was a member of Church of the Lakes, United Methodist.  Preceded in death by her son, Gregory Spangler.  Survived by her husband, James W. Spangler, with whom she celebrated their  55th Wedding Anniversary on June 20th; one daughter, Jacqueline Spangler, of Orrville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ken and Cheryl Spangler, and Scott and Laurie Spangler, all of Canton; one daughter-in-law, Janice Spangler, of Green, OH; and five grandchildren, Michael, Ashley, Rachel, Jessica, and Logan.  Services will be held Tues. at 11 a.m. in Church of the Lakes, United Methodist, with Rev.
