Carolyn M. Mobberley Age 85, of Canton, passed away Sunday morning in her residence surrounded by her family. She was born in Canton, a daughter of the late Nicholas and Marjorie Sutton Schall, resided in Cleveland early in her life, and had been a Canton resident all her married life. Carolyn was a graduate of Cleveland Shaw High School and also a graduate of Aultman Hospital School of Nursing. As a Registered Nurse she worked at Aultman Hospital and also did private duty nursing. She was a member of Church of The Lakes, United Methodist. Carolyn had volunteered in the Emergency Room at Aultman Hospital for many years. She had been an avid bowler and card player. Preceded in death by her husband, John Mobberley, on April 6, 1998. Survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Sandi and Carl Derheimer, of Canton, and Holly Mobberley, of Millersburg, OH; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, Holly Hinderer and her children, Ashley, Nathan, and Brandon, of North Canton, and Eric Derheimer and his wife, Mandy, and their son, Nicholas, of Navarre; two sisters, Patricia Hanson, of Chagrin Falls, OH, and Sally Lyons, of Florida; one brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Patricia Schall, of Florida. Services will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Pastor Bryan George officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
