Carol Ann Pfau

Age 83, of Louisville, passed away Friday, June 18, 2021 from an extended illness.  Carol was born August 19, 1937 in Alliance Ohio, a daughter of the late Albert and Ann (Trombitas) Fraraccio.  She lost her mother Ann to Lupus when Carol was 10 years old.  Carol graduated from Alliance High School in 1955.  She graduated from Mercy School of Nursing in Canton in 1958.  She retired from Massillon State Hospital in 1999.  Carol and her 3 siblings spent their hours after school working for their father, Albert, in their family business, Eagle Bakery of Alliance. Besides her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her brothers,  Albert Jr., and twin brothers Ronald and Donald, and her grandson Christian St. Mark Frank.  Carol is survived by her loving family, her beloved husband of 61 years Gary Pfau and her cat Tigger, children, Kim Ann Pfau (Paul Barans), Jeff (Pearl) Pfau, Debbie (Keith) Riffle and Kevin Pfau,  grandsons,  Keith and Kyle and great- grandson, Christian Lee.  Also, her two best friends for over 50 years, Margaret and Judy.  Services will be held Wed. at 10 a.m. in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Fr.
