Bret S. Moore

Age 65, of Canton, passed away Sat., Oct. 7, 2023.  He was born Sept. 25, 1958 in Canton, a son of Donald and Glenda (Barkey) Moore, of Canton, and was a life resident.  Bret was a 1977 graduate of Timken High School, and was a former employee of Ohio Power Co. (AEP), where he worked with office supplies and did Video Productions.  He had been a member of the Vasser Park Neighborhood Assn.  Bret was a fan of the Cleveland Browns and the McKinley Bulldogs, and enjoyed going to the McKinley games with his parents.

Surviving besides his parents, Don and Glenda Moore, are his sons, Blake and Brandon Moore, a sister and brother and their families, Brenda (Bill) Robinson, and their daughters, Hannah and Julia, and Brian (Lori) Moore, and their children, Zachary Moore, Rebecca (Devin) Daugherty, and their son, Miles, and Taylor (Angela (Moore), and their daughter, Maya.

Services will be held Thursday at 12 Noon in the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home with Bradley Clark officiating. Friends may call Thursday 11 a.m. to 12 Noon before the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bret's memory may be made to The Philomatheon Society of The Blind, 2701 Tuscarawas St. W., Canton, OH 44708.
