Barbara Jo Lotz

Age 71, of Malvern, passed away Sat., Sept. 4, 2021.  She was born Nov. 20, 1950 in Canton, a daughter of the late Merle and Helen (Beatty) Dunlap, and was a life resident of the Magnolia area.  Barbara was a 1968 graduate of Sandy Valley High School, and had been a Legal Secretary for Attorney George Tzangas.  She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Magnolia where she occasionally played the organ, and also had played for several churches in Canton.  Barbara is survived by her husband of 52 years, Kenneth J. Lotz, with whom she celebrated their 52nd Wedding Anniversary on May 10th, and one brother, David (Kyle) Dunlap.  A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Magnolia Cemetery with Pastor Kory Rowland officiating.  There will be no visitation.  Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia is in charge of arrangements.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
