Anna Belle Lowe Age 92, of Waynesburg, passed away Friday morning in The Laurels of Canton. She was born in Delaware, OH, a daughter of the late Robert and Mae Myers Sellers, and resided in Waynesburg from 1929-69, Canton 1969 to 1985 when she returned to Waynesburg. She retired in 1969 as owner-operator of Ann's Beauty Shop in Waynesburg and was an avid bowler and loved to play bingo and cards. Preceded in death by her husbands, Raymond Swinehart, Harry "Mike" McTigue, and Harvey Lowe, two daughters, Linda Swinehart and Rita Trilli, son Larry Swinehart, grandson, Michael Swinehart, brothers, James, William, and Nelson Sellers, and sisters, Marietta Jones and Martha Joan Serafini. Survived by her daughter, Judith Swinehart, of Sunset Beach, NC; two sons, Robert (Donna) Swinehart, of North Canton, and William Swinehart, of Waynesburg; a step-son, James (Elna Mae) Lowe, of Belpre, OH; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
