Angela J. Bazzoli, Age 93, a resident of the House of Loreto, passed away there Friday morning. She was born in Dover, a daughter of the late Frank and Grace (Tornabene) Miceli, and had been a Canton resident since her marriage to Dr. Bazzoli. Angela was a 1936 graduate of Dover St. Joseph's High School. She was a member of Christ the Servant Parish, Canton Woman's Club, Timken Mercy Medical Auxiliary (Mercy Service League), the Stark County Medical Society Auxiliary, and enjoyed bridge, bowling and gardening. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Ann Bazzoli, two sisters and four brothers, Mary Bellanco, Kathryn Deioma, Joseph, John, Samuel and Albert Miceli. Angela devoted her life to her husband and five children, and created many happy memories. Survived by her husband, Dr. Hiram J. Bazzoli, with whom she celebrated their 71st Wedding Anniversary on June 29, 2012; two daughters and sons-in-law, Diane and Robert Seymour, of Charlotte, NC, and Anne Bazzoli-Kugler and Charles Padgett, of Clarksville, TN; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Dr. Victor and Ruth Bazzoli, of Canton, Dr. James and Ellen Bazzoli, of Marion, OH, and Dr. Allan Bazzoli, of Gambier, OH; 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Dover and the day and time will be announced in Monday's paper and on the funeral home Web Site on Sunday. Following interment in St. Joseph's Calvary Cemetery, the family will receive friends in the Family Life Center of the church during a luncheon.
