ALLEN R. STOTZER, Age 55, of Mineral City, passed away Mon. morning in his residence. Born in Dover, a son of Barbara Norman, of Strasburg, and the late Frederick "Fritz" Stotzer, he had been a life resident of Mineral City. Allen was a 1976 graduate of Tusky Valley High School and was working at Marlite in Dover as a Team Leader. Allen enjoyed bowling, softball and golf was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns, the Ohio State Buckeyes and Tusky Valley Sports. Preceded in death by his father, Frederick "Fritz" Stotzer. Survived by his wife, Melissa Stotzer, with whom he celebrated their 22nd Anniversary on Oct. 20; one daughter, Britney Stotzer, and two sons, Cody and Shaun Stotzer, all of the home; his mother, Barbara Norman, of Strasburg; his stepmother, Janet Stotzer, of Mineral City; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Deb and Bruce Widder, of Dover, and Marla and Sean Downs, of Colton, CA; one brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Shelly Stotzer, of Worthington, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held Fri. at 11 a.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Pastor Mark Gross officiating. Interment in Ridgecrest Memory Gardens - Dover.
