Frank Parvin

Age 88, of Canton, passed away Wed., Jan. 26, 2022, in his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was born April 4, 1933 in Morristown, TN, and came to the Akron/Canton area over 60 years ago.  He was an Independent Truck Driver and a member of Bethel Baptist Church.  Frank was a big-time fisherman and had volunteered at Mosquito Lake State Park near Warren for twenty years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Debbie Kremer, three brothers and one sister.  Frank is survived by his wife of 43 years, Martha Pentecost, six daughters and two sons, Penny (Mike) Lowery, Terry Nice, June (Ron Keeling) Guzzo, Lynn Parvin, Lori Arnold, Patty Gibbs, Chuck (Cathy) Pentecost, and Frank (Marielle) Parvin, 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held Wed., Feb. 16, 2022 at 7 p.m., at Bethel Baptist Church, 1135 Churchmont St. SE, Canton, OH 44707.  Friends may call Wed. 5-7 p.m. at the Church before the Celebration of Life.  Condolences may be sent to: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com
