Paul L. King
Age 88, of Waynesburg, passed away Friday April 6, 2018. He was born Sept. 17, 1929 in Sherrodsville, OH, a son of the late Willie and Flora (Fish) King and had been a Waynesburg resident since 1950. Paul retired in 1986 from T.R.W. in Minerva, after 30 years service, where he was a lab technician. He was long-time member of the former Minerva Eagles #2199, and now is a member of Sandy Valley Eagles #3228. He loved playing Santa Claus for the Minerva Eagles for many years. Paul was a huge Cleveland Indians fan and his casket spray reflects their colors. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Lily E. King, on May 18, 2011, a brother Dwight King, and a granddaughter, Angelina Logozzo. Paul is survived by two daughters and a son, Linda (Gregory) Huggins, Julie (Vince) Logozzo, and Richard (Robin) King; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, David (Samantha) Huggins, and children, Amanda, Anthony, Hannah, and Scott, Matthew (Tina) Huggins and their children, Cole, Jaden, and Shane, Michael (Erica) Huggins and their son, Brock, Kristy (John) Rice and one soon to be born, Kelly King, Vincent (Jessica) Logozzo and their sons, Rocco and Luka, and Michael Logozzo; a sister-in-law, Clara King and her daughter, Berna King; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home in Magnolia with Fr. Joseph Zamary officiating. Interment will be in Sandy Valley Cemetery. Friends may call Thur. 12-2 p.m. before the service.
