Orville...We were sorry to hear about Elaine's death and since I don't have a current address for you (I'd prefer sending a card), I will use this form to let you know we have been praying that the Lord will comfort you as He surrounds you with family and friends to help carry your grief. Lavon and I are reminded of the days in Lincoln when we did get an opportunity to personally share with you and we wish we could share a hug with you now. Deepest sympathy and prayers for our Lord to be wrapping you and your family in a blanket of His love. Nearly 60 years of blessings; but we always want more. The memories of the joys and of the sadness you shared, if it's like my experience, will come in so many ways. May the memories comfort and sustain you, Orville, and may your family pull lots of joyful memories together, even as you weep with each other. I remember your wedding and how you always wrote to Uncle Edwin, and want you to know how grateful Daddy was when you sent cards and letters...and it even kept us in touch with your lives so far away!
