To the entire family, my heart aches for you. I will cherish every memory I have of Memaw. She had a huge impact on my childhood and growing up. I will never forget the sleepovers Tasha and I had at Memaw's house, her allowing me to stay and play anytime she was babysitting, and her putting up with mine and Tasha's mischievous shenanigans. She would just laugh at us and shake her head. I loved her like my own grandma and I will miss her. I Love all of you so much. You have my deepest sympathy.

I was so sorry to read about Ruth in the paper. She was such a hard worker and such a wonderful family person. I remember conversations with her at the family reunions. She was so kind.

So sad to hear this. The neighborhood had lost another friend.You are all in our prayers. Our family won't be able to attend on Saturday due to being our of town but our thoughts will be there.

What a great picture you chose to put in the obituary. Ruth was always cheerful and funny, when I saw her. That's how I will remember her. My heartfelt sympathies go to all of the family, but especially Lynn, Susie, and Ron. I'm sure you have wonderful memories of when we grew up in East Sparta, and your parents, as mine, watched every sporting event that their children were in. RIP Ruth. East Sparta lost a good one.
